At Newbridge Silverware™, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original Newbridge Silverware™ presentation packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal service or designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
